THE “THE Q’S DREAM HOME MAKE OVER” CONTEST


THE Q’S DREAM HOME MAKE OVER CONTEST commences at 8:45 am on April 14, 2009 and concludes at 7:00 pm on May 19, 2009 . NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

HOW TO ENTER
To be eligible, listeners must be a registered member of “QRewards”. In order to join QRewards, visit www.925theq.com and become a member by completing the online registration form. Once a registered member, earn QRewards points by participating in various online activities. To enter the Contest, complete a Contest entry form by redeeming 2,000 QRewards points, between 8:45am, April 14th, 2009 and 5:00pm, May 14th, 2009.


LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF ENTRIES PERMITTEDQRewards members may enter as often as they wish providing they have accumulated the required number of points required for entry. Entrants may not be a Contest Finalist more than once, and only one Contest Finalist per email address and per household is permitted. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are reproduced, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.


CONTEST FINALISTS
Each day between April 15, 2009 and May 13, 2009, three (3) entries will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received as of 6:00PM that day. The names of the three (3) entrants selected will be announced the following day on THE Q at 7:10 a.m. On May 14, 2009, two (2) entries will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries recieved as of 6:00PM that day. The names of the two (2) entrants selected will be announced the following day on THE Q at 7:10 a.m. Each entrant whose name is announced (the “Finalists”) will receive an invitation for two (2) to attend the The Q’s Dream Home Make Over reception at Plantes et Décor Veronneau, 9100 boul. Cavendish, Saint Laurent, Quebec on May 19, 2009, between 4:00 PM and 7:00PM (the “Grand Prize Party”).


6. AWARDING OF THE GRAND PRIZE
Contest Finalists will be required to attend and register at the Grand Prize Party by 6:00 pm on May 19, 2009 in order to be eligible to win the items listed in Addendum “A” (the
“Grand Prize”). Before 7:00 pm on May 19, 2009, the name of one Contest Finalist (who
registered and is in attendance at the “Grand Prize Party”) will be randomly selected and awarded the Grand Prize.
7. THE PRIZE VALUES
