Grand Prize. There is one (1) prize (“Prize”) available to be won by the Prize winner (“Winner”) consisting of:

   • round-trip economy airfare for Winner and his/her guest (the “Guest”) leaving together from the same gateway from a Canadian International airport closest to Winner’s home to either (A) Vancouver, BC; or (B) Toronto, ON;
     

two (2) nights hotel accommodation to be selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion in either (A) Vancouver, BC; or (B) Toronto, ON for Winner and Guest based on double occupancy;

the opportunity for Winner, at the sole discretion of Universal Music Canada and its directors, to (A) be on-location in K-Os’ newest music video; and (B) participate in a K-Os music video (the “Music Video”); and

The destination city of the Prize is dependant on the location of K-Os’ Music Video, in the sole discretion of the Sponsors. Air transportation shall not be provided to a Winner (i) residing in British Columbia if the Music Video location is in Vancouver, BC; or (ii) residing in Ontario if the Music Video location is in Toronto, ON. In the event Winner resides outside of two hundred (200) kilometers of the destination city, ground transportation shall be provided between hotel and Winner’s home.

Prize has an approximate value of one thousand and five hundred dollars (CDN $1,500.00). Actual value of Prize will depend on departure city and whether air transportation is provided.
